They are a bunch of con artists and their drivers must be professional thieves and liars given that this is a nationwide issue across multiple retailers! There is no consideration for people waiting at home day after day for an item that inevitably will never arrive. Excuse after excuse and appalling customer service with excuses that do not even make sense.
