They were supposed to deliver something today. While I was eagerly awaiting their arrival, I received a “sorry we missed you” email. They didn’t even bother trying to deliver the parcel. Even though it’s a busy time of year, skipping deliveries is unacceptable! It was my partners Xmas present and I was relying on DX express to deliver this on time. We’re going away from tomorrow morning until mid January, so there is no chance at getting the parcel before hand.
I tried calling their helpline, only to be put through to a machine and then hung up on. All options given when calling result in the same outcome - you can’t speak to a person.
I’m beyond upset with their service. I’ll never use them again. 👎
