That is a joke. Keeps kicking you off when you’re waiting for an agent. So called (not easy) spoke to an agent turns out was in middle England and not local as was supposed to be. Explained the situation I need the delivery so the kids and I could have heating for Christmas. She said has put it through as a priority for Monday delivery. You guessed it no delivery, so I re arranged for Tuesday 24th still no delivery and live chat agent was useless. Avoid this company at all costs. Luckily heating and catering parts in Newcastle went above and beyond and sent another pump on the 23rd via DPD and that was delivered on the 24th.
