I have had the misfortune of ordering two items from two different suppliers who have chosen to use DX Express (there’s nothing express about them). After being told of 3 different days that the first item was out for delivery, DX lost the item. The replacement delivery was no better. I gave up waiting in for them as they would say the item was being delivered on a particular day within a particular time frame and it would never arrive. I am currently waiting delivery of an item from another supplier using DX. I have had notification that the item would be delivered on 4 separate days now and on each occasion it has never turned up. It’s supposedly out for delivery today 10days after the first notification of delivery. A completely incompetent delivery company
