What can I add to the numerous bad reviews of this company? They had my package for eight days without delivering it. Their website informed me that it was out for delivery twice and rescheduled six times. They even claimed that on one occasion they left a calling card. This was not true. I eventually persuaded the company that sent the package to get DX to return it to sender. DX actually managed to do this, although it took them a further three days. It was then dispatched again via FedEx, and I got it within 24 hours.
