Had DX a few times now and i must say i have not had any items damaged. had a upvc window sill today via trulypvc off ebay and alls good. it was originally scheduled for yesterday 28th 1st 25 so i rescheduled it for today thurs 30th 1st 25. and they texted saying it would be between 4.50pm and 5.50pm. they arrived with it at 10am which is even better and it worked in well for me and them too. can.t fault them at all. 😉👍
