1 missed delivery, 2 no show scheduled delivery. First delivery date was set for May 2, came home from work with a card in the door requesting a delivery rebook. I then rescheduled it for May 8th. Stayed at home all day from work waiting for the delivery guy. They never showed and I missed a day of work!! Then on May 9th, I came home to a missed delivery card! I immediately got on the website and had a chat with an associate named "Michael". I told him my story and that I would like my delivery set for Saturday May 11, since I would be home. He told me that my package was at the Ipswich depot and that they are a Mon-Fri service. He told me that he contacted the Ipswich Depot and that they was going to transfer my parcel to the Huntingdon Depot that night so I can receive my packed on Saturday. I even received a text message from "DX Delivery". The message read "DX Customer service - item *********. Delivery has been arranged on the next available date of 11/05 to post code IP27 ***. Rebook at DXdelivery" What kind of service is this? I stayed at home for 2 days waiting on my package, One weekday and a SATURDAY! I even asked if they can leave it at the local post office and I can sign for it there. This is insane that a delivery company is this bad. At the minimum, they should contact you or leave it with a neighbor for heaven's sake. Some people work and live alone and have no one at home all day.
