DX must be one of the worst, if not, THE WORST, delivery company ever.
They failed to deliver on two occasions. Despite the fact that I was at home on both occasions. The first time they failed to deliver, I received a text at 20.02 pm. So I re-ordered. Again no delivery, again a text saying they couldn't deliver, and again asking me to re-order. I cancelled this order, and sent an email and a letter to DX informing them of this. Today I received a letter from DX, saying they have an urgent delivery for me and to contact them with a time and date for delivery. Obviously they are totally incompetent. I think the company is badly in need of a new brand name, as there's obviously a vowel missing from the middle of DX (i).
