They rang and emailed to confirm an 08:00 to 10:00 delivery slot, we waited and waited, nothing. Rang their customer services at 11:00 to be told, after a wait, that the driver was on his way to us, and after enquiring how long that was likely to be, was told 10-15 minutes. That despite their online map that showed their vans position to be a good 1.5 hours away.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maps and technology can go wrong.
Still nothing arrived until 13:00, 3 hours late. Driver said no-one had rung him and they werent given any schedule to follow, just a list of post codes and they sort it out themselves.
So thats a lie from customer services for starters.
Then of the three items that were supposed to be delivered, they only had two. "Not my job mate, we only deliver what we are given"
On to today, yet another confirmation SMS, your order will be delivered between 08:05 and 10:05, its now 11:26 and Im not hopeful.
We both work and one of us is taking time out to wait for this shower of incompetents
