I had 2 parcels delivered on 2 separate days only receiving the updates on the morning of the deliveries. As they have the option I went on and rearranged for a different date on their website. I even called their "customer service team" which is by the way quite the opposite of a customer service team.
They left my first parcel in front of my door, and let is soak in the rain all day. According to customer services the driver is allowed to do that as their head office is in Glasgow they don't know what the weather is like. I also have the driver on CCTV just cussing, being very happy about me not being at home. The second item also got delivered today instead of Friday. Luckily this is full plastic so it can soak unless it will get stolen from my front door. They are in Glasgow so they won't know.
Again I played by the rules. This company should not be in the logistics business and I wonder how they get any business. Unless they deliver things for free I cannot see a reason for anyone using them.
