Arranged delivery this past Thursday made sure I could be at home with work. The item did not arrive after staying all day, no phone call from DX to advise item is not coming.
Delivery driver randomly turned up while I was at work the next day, didn’t leave card even though status said he had. I only know he arrived due to my CCTV.
Spoke with DX customer support had my delivery upgraded to Platinum delivery for today..........guess what? The item is not coming today either. Apparently can’t get through to the depot!!
Pathetic Terrible customer service no apology anyone for the delay or inconvenience.
