In future the first question I will ask of a vendor is: which courier do you use? If their answer is DX, I will walk (or run) away.
Those other reviewers who were unable to speak with customer services should actually consider themselves fortunate. I had the misfortune of speaking with a member of DX staff and I was astonished at how irritated, rude and aggressive he was.
I can fully believe what other reviewers have said, as I have experienced almost all of the lies, misinformation, disinformation, inaccuracies and incompetency described by others. From invisible cards to invisible trucks, from attempted deliveries on days not agreed for delivery to non-delivery on agreed days, from them telling the vendor they had attempted to call me (they hadn't) to them taking a photo of my home claiming they had attempted as second delivery (not that they had even attempted the first!) on a specific date.
Unfortunately for them, although their picture was all nicely dated and timed, along with details of how they had attempted to contact me - they hadn't, I had windows replaced the day before their (alleged) second delivery attempt. Yet, somehow, the dated/timed *proof* picture clearly shows my old windows. Perhaps in addition to all their other *skills* they are also time-travellers?
As others have said: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! and, again like others, I've only granted one star because it's not possible to leave a truthful review without providing a star rating.
I'm an online shopaholic and I can categorically state: DX are absolutely the worst couriers I have encountered in 15 years of online shopping.
