Ordered 2 riser recliner chairs from furniture online . Was given a delivery day/time and all ok up to that point. Delivery arrived within allocated times but that's where the bad experiences started. Should have been delivering 2 chairs but there was only 1 on the van and driver knew nothing about when second one would be delivered. After confirming I was only signing for 1 chair I allowed them to bring it in only to find the 2 boxes were badly damaged s I asked the driver to open the boxes to inspect chair and as suspected it was badly damaged as well . So I rejected the delivery on that grounds . Contacted the vendor explained to them what had happened and they were great and informed me they would despatch 2 new chairs . A few days later get an email from dx with a delivery slot . Second delivery came 3 hours early and the attitude of the driver was disgusting . He went onto van and I could hear a lot of noise from stuff being thrown around inside . They brought in the first box which was again badly damaged as was the second box , I asked if the second chair boxes were in better condition to be told yet again there was only 1 chair for delivery. On hearing this I refused the delivery again on the grounds of badly damaged boxes and incomplete order . The driver was not at all happy that he had to carry the boxes back out ... I informed the vendor again and requested a refund . My review is based on the terrible experiences I have had with this delivery service
