On 19th February a builder came to my flat with my parcel, which was a very important document. The builder said that he was working in the place that my document was delivered and that nobody leaves there for a long time. He found my document there and kindly hand them to me. DX has not even apologised when I sent a picture of my parcel. Avoid this company if you can.
