The Courier who delivers to RH11 7XG is very abrupt i did not get a note put through my door to say they had called or tried the neighbour who receives on my behalf today (Other Courier services do this) Was not sure which day the delivery would be made (This is something the company should look into and text the customer beforehand to expect delivery on a particular day)
I only got a text message from them after explaining that they should have text me to say what time they were delivering when i asked if was possible for them to comeback they abruptly said they were busy DX needs to train couriers about good customer service . This is the same courier over the festive season was dumping parcels outside the Managers door and not ringing the flat number over the festive season last year. Could DX change this courier as we want someone with good customer service qualities
