Shocking delivery company. Their tracking number shows my goods sitting in their warehouse for over 11 days but still not delivered. When I contacted them I was told I had been upgraded to an am delivery the following day but nothing arrived (surprise surprise) I have 2 young children desperate to receive their new trampoline during lockdown which was ordered over a month ago. Don’t even waste your time trying to deal with them via phone or even worse their futile online chat service which repeatedly sends out meaningless excuses for delays and other pointless automated generic messages. Unfortunately the customer often has little choice of which courier is chosen to deliver their items but I personally wouldn’t use DX to send anything. Shockingly bad service & customer service. 1 out of 5 is only because 0 isn’t an option.
