An all-round terrible experience. I received an email giving me 30 minutes notice that a delivery would be made yesterday giving me a window of, wait for it, 8am until 6pm! I had to take the day off at extremely short notice. Nothing arrived. This morning their website said they needed more information so I telephoned repeatedly but was cut off time and again. So I used the chat facility on the website. They couldn't explain what additional information was needed but said it had to be rescheduled for tomorrow - between 9am and 5pm. So, I get to take another full day off. Finally, they wouldn't give me details of how to complain and said any requests for compensation needed to be sent to the sender. The is by far to worst delivery company I have encountered. Companies should not use them because, as so many of these reviews show, they generate dissatisfaction. For example, I won't be purchasing from Brabantia again given they use these clowns.
