A DX vehicle delivering to a neighbour damaged a gutter and some roof tiles on my property.
The neighbour had previously warned the driver that the lane might not be passable.
The driver did not stop to check or leave any details.
I have spent this morning fruitlessly trying to contact DX but it just doesn't seem possible to speak to anybody who can help. The calls have been put through to 'someone who can help' but just ring for several minutes before cutting off.
