I left a review yesterday saying that DX had failed to deliver an item despite me having to stay at home all day. They rescheduled for today - again they have failed to deliver. I telephoned but they had absolutely no information why the item hadn't been delivered. They said they'd call me back by close of business. They didn't. I have never come across a delivery company as incompetent as this. They continue to say they have no facility to take a complaint and that "our contract with the sender means we don't have to compensate you". I cannot begin to say how angry I am at losing two full days to this disgraceful company and I still am no closer to receiving my item which is apparently still with the courier. Avoid DX at all costs.
