I needed to receive some important documents with DX.
They emailed me that the courier missed me, although my intercom was on, my phone was next to me and no calling card. Ok, i rescheduled for another day. Waiting from 8 am for someone to come and nothing, another email that they missed me.
I called customer service and i enphasized that i need NEXT DAY my documents, that i am flying.
No problem, of course.
Aha! Next day the same! So the third time they emailed that they missed me.
I called again customer service and i said that i don t think the guy really came to my house and the gentleman i talked to said that he doesn t think either! So, what else can you say?!
Really making fun of people your couriers, no common sense whatsoever. I prepaid for my delivery to get my documents late, to be stressed and angry and to travel to your depot to collect them, otherwise I wouldn t be able to fly.
Really dissapointed and I will also talk to someone from Documents Legalisation, because it s not possible to be treated his way!
