We went to the Telford store and was greeted by Matthew who was friendly and very helpful in guiding us to make sure we made the correct choice. He guided us around the store to make sure we were happy with our decision.
Gave us a quote with no pressure to order.
He was very quick to help us get a replacement panel for the toilet unit.
