Arrived at Crawley to collect my order, having specially asked the man that called to confirm a previously delayed mirror was now in as well as the other items. To which he confirmed the mirror was in. On my arrival no mirror. Both members of staffed repeatedly referred to the vanity unit (with mirrored doors) as the mirror. First member of staff offered to rectify their mistake by delivering the mirror when it came in. A fair solution, until the manager stepped in. Insisting that when he called he was refering the mirror on the vanity unit. Adopted a passive aggressive attitude, saying the mirror would only be delivered if I paid for it. Wasn't prepared to acknowledge his mistake or offer a solution to the error. I certainly will not buy from them again due to one individuals bad attitude.
