Been a power seller and ebayer, since first quarter 1998. Ebay started as a great venue, but through the years it changed for the worse. Limiting access of help is their first mistake, second their lack of knowledge of ebay predators, and senseless process to capture of shutdown even when police are involved. They let it continue so they can steal fees, out of greed. Every decade they make it harder and harder to protect and get fees back, until they nickel and dime you with time and fees, then the constant language barrier from their out of country customer service.
