Please !Be aware of the Ebay auto refund rule! Did not know it was on the setting of automatic refund and buyer also get to keep the product, it was damage from shipping? And buyer can keep it and also leave a neg feedback. So make sure you go into refund rule and make sure auto refund is turn off. I did not see this one coming. The buyer even asked for a return label, which stated that they pay return shipping, I send them a shipping label. Ebay said that is the rule. NOW! NO money! No product! No help! Understand the buyer side that they are disappointed about the purchase, they have the right! ? Refund and keep product and top with Neg feedback ! Thank God it was not anything real expensive, because you will be really, really, really mad !
