This is a scam by your seller. It may have been delivered but it was not delivered to me or my address! So why can you not get me a refund? Your seller also says it was shipped two days before I ordered, how can that be ? The shipping information your seller gave you is not for the item I ordered.
My item weight over 300lbs the item supposed delivered by UPS to Swanky Sparrow in a different city, weighted 1 lb .
