Last time I listed with eBay I had an issue with the shipping. I set my listings up for "based on buyers location". However all my listings had shipping at a flat rate at $1.80. Ebay had to reimburse me for my out of pocket cost for shipping over $1.80 since it was a site issue. Fast forward and I am giving them another try. So I listed 17 baseball cards the other day and checked the box for "shipping details" as "Based on buyers location". Today I look and again all the listing have $1.80 flat rate for shipping yet when I look at all my listings it says "calculate" for shipping on my home page. So I called eBay customer service and was transferred from one rep to another rep without being told. The other rep says she would escalate this up seeing how it's happening again and that it would be resolved. I asked her if I would get a call back from someone higher up on four different occasions and she wouldn't answer. The fifth time I asked her she hung up on me. REALLY!!!!! When asked if I should delete my listings she said that yes I should. I have gout in both hands and eBay wants me to retype all this again. I'm sorry for giving eBay another try. Same problem a year ago with no fix from eBay.
