Ebay has sellers who are committing fraud with FEDEX . FEDEX will say they delivered your package but when you call to let them know you did not receive it you get an automated complaint line. I opened a case and they said they would call me back . When they called back they said they had to look into this further and the case was closed on there end . So FEDEX didn't help with finding my package . Then EBAY said that FEDEX delivered my package with tracking and since the seller provided tracking there was nothing they could do . The seller has several complaints where people are NOT getting there packages , there is no recourse when you get scammed like this . I would highly advise people to be very careful if you order any thing from Ebay sellers . This scam on me was planned between that seller and someone who works at fedex , I am very sure of that . I am very upset . I would not of been so sure of this until i read reviews on the seller and found i wasn't the only one that got scammed by them .
