Sellers service, no customers service
Ebay will always put seller first= headaches to get reimburse IF they are willing and even with proofs. Sellers are more protected than customers. Obviously impossible to talk to someone, no phone number, chat only if they don't cut you off with arrogance. Better to pay a little more for a service to be honest... I deleted 4 accounts, nobody contacted me, even after spending tons of thousands of $ with them. Trust me, the time to explain, search, and proof you haven't received your items, it is not worth the price. Ebay will never value your time.
