Ebay provide customers the worst service. I bought an item from a seller who doesn't accept returns. The contents inside the mailing box arrived damaged. They blame the post office when the mailing box is intact ( no damage ) but the buying item is defective
There's no way to contact an ebay representative, only by messages online, not either by phone
So there's no way to explain exactly what the problem is.
