I'd give ebay a negative review if that were possible. In all of my over 70 years I have never encountered a company that is so poorly organized. Their day-to-day working processes are 100% designed to prevent you - the customer - from reaching them and obtaining assistance.
They hide behind various techniques they require you to use such that you are almost certain you'll never reach anyone who can help.
It's a shame that in another 10 years they simply won't exist because no one will want to use their service.
