I sold an item that was purchased the buyer paid for the item and for the shipping unfortunately I was unable to ship the item because it was too large so I requested the buyer get a refund for some reason I was charged the shipping I will never use eBay again after I called nobody could help me nobody knew what I was talking about eBay should be
