As a seller you got zero protection. They suspended my account after 2 hours I created it and just after I connect with my printful (Its Print-on-Demand website which that you upload your design and they will products and ships the item for you) I connected my ebay and printful account step by step as what the website tell me to do then eBay send me an email says im a risk for them and they will banned my account for my whole life yes... And today they decide to banned my mothers account too even though I have zero connect with my mothers account. She used different device and email to create account and I have never log in my mothers email on my laptop. We used the different bank and have everything different. But... we are living together so we have same IP Address... Very bad company with worst customer service
