I purchased item and tracking shows it was delivered but i didnt rcevied item i requested ebay for refund and ebay various time told me to contact royal mail i contacted and royal mail informed me there is no letter we can give you ebay misguided you to get letter from us i watsed my time and money. This is the message i rceived from royal mail I’ve checked the tracking records and can see your item was delivered on 26/01/2022. The GPS tracking inform ation, obtained when the item was delivered, also confirms this. I have reported this issue to the local Delivery Office and have recorded your complaint under reference 220207-003209. However, due to the time that's passed it's unlikely the postperson will remember how the item was delivered and so, unfortunately, there isn't any further information we can provide. It appears you have been misadvised by eBay; we are unable to provide the information on letter headed paper requested by them.
