I purchased an item from yntworthyshop19 on EBay. The product cost almost £50. I used it twice, after that it failed to change. I contacted the company but they didn’t respond. I then contacted eBay who said that there was nothing they could do because it had been more than 30 days. Just wanted to warn anyone who is considering buying an electrical item from eBay; it’s not worth it. I would especially avoid yntworthyshop19. If you buy from a store you get 12 months warranty.
