Ebay is a company that fails to follow it’s own policies. The defend buyer and refund them, no questions asked. In my case, I sold a new sheepskin jacket. After 21 (!) days of use, the seller complained that there were two stains on it and wanted a refund. I obviously refused. Ebay answered to NONE of my mails, refunded the buyer and let him keep the jacket. Now they want to get the money from me??? That’s surely not going to happen!
