I am a new seller on ebay, and so far they have done nothing but discourage me from moving on.
Absolutely useless!
They just have scripts they follow and that's it.
The last time I talked to them, they literary flipped me off!
They keep my money for a month and a half, even though the buyer talked to them on chat, and confirmed that the product was delivered, and that he is very satisfied.
I don't even know if this is legal or not.
I had to retract all my products, from sale, because I can't afford to pay for them
