This is the culmination of around 2-2.5 months of back and forth with eBay Customer "Service".
I got scammed by a buyer after the buyer claimed he "didn't need an item" due to it arriving late (Thanks USPS!).
He decided to keep it anyway & refused to pay.
After several calls to customer "service" & chat sessions, I'm now being told today that, not only was my (Multiple!) requests for escalation never acted on, but now, since it's conveniently been a month since the last conversation (after I was told to wait!), there's nothing they can do.
