I recently bought 2 sets of tires using eBay. When purchasing the tires I was asked to give the make, year , model and trim of each vehicle. The car tires were perfect and installed locally. eBay showed that the tires I ordered for the truck were a match however these tires weren’t the right load rating for my truck. I attempted to return them through eBay and they would only send one label, Fed-ex needed 4 labels and the cost to ship back was more than I paid for the tires. I contacted Customer Service and they refused to take any action to solve the issue and I went up one level which was the same response. I wouldn’t have purchased the tires had the information been correct. So I am stuck with the loss of the cost of the tires and no resolution or help at all from eBay. I am so disappointed with this outcome. I have since seen a commercial on TV the eBay guarantees the parts will fit. NOT TRUE!
The information is wrong and they won’t do anything to help the buyer.
