"Customer Service" is next to useless. Can't understand a word they say as unfortunately they have thick pseudo "American" Filipino accents and when you can partially understand, they say the problem will be solved and then it is not, to your detriment.
The whole thing is a Kafkaesque Nightmare and very soon all that will be left will be rubbish Chinese goods with UK Postal addresses.
