It's true only until the moment that you run into trouble in paradise. So the fee that you are paying is not for the services that ebay will provide to you, but in reality, it is more thugs protection payment for their buyer protection which you have to pay to sell your items on their ebay platform. When anything will go wrong the seller is the victim of every problem and fraud the buyer commits on you.
