I paid 200 pounds for a ruby earrings studs through eBay. I didn't receive it, but I did receive an email from eBay telling me that the item was delivered.
I contacted eBay and one of their assistants told me to open a case. I did it, and one hour afterwards eBay sent me an email to say that my case was closed, because the seller said that the item was delivered and signed. I told eBay that I have CCTC at home, and I can prove that I didn't receive the item, but eBay ignored my CCTV and closed the case because the seller said that the item was delivered?
I will close my eBay account as soon as I receive my money back. It has been incredibly stressful, and I am at my phone, in the last 30 minutes just to hear a stupid music and an automatic message saying that all their representatives are occupied. Is that how eBay deals with their costumers? Never again with me, I can assure you.
