I have an issue with a buyer who claims I send a defective item. No true. I spoke with eBay last evening and was transferred to a resolution specialist. Was given options for response, chose one, did as I was told. Buyer began to contact multiple times on both eBay message and my private email. Contacted eBay, was transferred to a supervisor who gave a completely different answer. Don't know who is right. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction, eBay will lose another seller. If they don't have sellers, they won't have buyers. Fortunately there are options for sellers.
