I started an ebay account a few days ago, thought I would check out a few cool/unique psv consoles from japan. Found the item I wanted, klicked "buy now" updated my PayPal information, was in the middle of the money transaction and... I get suspended? Me as a buyer in the middle of paying gets suspended. I Got a weird e-mail about "suspicious activity" which made me real nervous. Mainly cos it looked like the payment (it was quite a lot) went through.. and here I sit clueless, suspended and helpless. I immediately contacted ebay customer service with the issue, and long story short: they didn't explain anything, about 5 different employees going on about some security issue and wanting really sensitive info about me (passport info, social security number, copy of Phone Bills etc..) I refused! I felt violated. Would you take it nicely if a person walked up to you on the street accusing you of stealing when you're innocent? Of course not. I have now read hundreds of people being suspended with no explanation and their money stuck in PayPal. Most of them never saw their money again. Avoid, there are better online shops out there.
