I have been EBay member for 14 Years both seller/customer not a big buyer but in last 2 weeks have bought substandard items ie. mask sanitizer through what appear to be British sites only having to wait for them to be shipped from CHINA two have arrived rubbish:returned await refund ???? Still waiting for the third already been removed by EBay so I’m expecting same rubbish. Sorry EBAY customer service is none existent if item is being shipped from CHINA buyers should be told not hide under the guise that they are UK based obviously third party in UK advertising and then passing order to China this SHOULD be stopped. I think I’m going to take son’s advice and use Amazon only ebay seems to allow purchases them “Remove” the item which stops any further contact disgusted !!!
