So far as a buyer on the e-bay I can say that I'm glad. I had cases when I received the item damaged, but in every case i got the refund. What I would suggest to buyers is to start recording when ever you receive the item and going to open it, So sellers will be sure that if the item is damaged its not the buyers fault!
Thats what I'm doing all the time, so nobody will be unpleased after all.
