I am, or I should say was, a first time eBay customer. I set up my a account. I went back to their site the next day, and now I'm not aloud to sign in. States I don't know my password. I used their chat method of contact for a week trying to get help. That was a waste of time and energy. I tried to call. Of course you can't talk to a live person. It just refers you to a help site that brings you back to the chat method of contact. My issue has yet to be resolved, and the eBay staff just don't seem to want to help. I feel bad for the sellers on this site. I have something in my box I need to pay for & can't all over a password and the lack of the eBay staff being able to assist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone.
