I tried to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, forget that! It's nearly useless, I really think Ebay makes up their own rules about the money back guarantee. Try to find how many days you have to get your money back. In my case I asked for my money back after waiting for 3 months for the product to arrive from China or Taiwan as the seller had stated.
