Want to warn everyone to buy from supplier globalfactory1891. I bought a cutting plotter with 2 years warranty. After 6 months it broke. After 3 months of mailing back and forth, globalfactory1891 arranged a transport company to pick up the plotter. When the machine reached globalfactory1891 warehouse they said that the machine was scrap and that I could only get 80% of the machine's value. I should be happy that I was able to use the machine for 6 months according to globalfactory1891. Have a hard time understanding how 2 years warranty can mean that globalfactory1891 can't offer me an equivalent plotter that works or the whole sum back so I can buy from another supplier. I can't buy an equivalent plotter for 80% of the value. In my last email where I asked them to send back my broken machine and money to the repair so I can fix it, they did not reply to that email. They now have the machine, do not want to replace me with a working machine and do not want to pay back what the machine cost. To me, it looks like fraud. Is this a supplier ebay wants customers to be fooled by? Help me with this provider and warn them of their behavior towards customers, if it doesn't help, close their account so they can't fool any more customer. I'm certainly not alone in being badly treated by warranty cases by globalfactory1891 0 views Share Edit review Remove review
