I've been an ebay buyer for years and ran into a problem with a seller. These are the lessons I learned: 1) if it says the product is in U.S., it's not necessarily true, product can be listed as U.S. but be coming from China or Pakistan, so you will have a delay in receiving it 2) sellers will not always refund your money and ebay will not help you 3) don't depend on the feedback from other buyers because sellers can easily have the negative feedback removed from their account 4) don't expect to be able to communicate with ebay customer service in english, you likely won't be able to understand them and they likely won't be able to understand you.
