Ordered from Eckman, a 2-in-1 2-Stroke Chainsaw & Hedge Trimmer with Backpack Power Unit. It broke within a days use. Very poor build quality.
I rang Eckman to complain and they told me they would arrange a collection of the faulty product and then refund me. This was over five weeks ago, every time I ring to ask why it hasn't been picked up they have no answer. They cannot even provide me with a tracking number?
I have requested to be rung back by the supervisor several times but this has not happened un surprisingly.
This sounds like a stalling tactic, in the hope I will go away. I won't!
